Loaded Nacho Taco
Taco Bell Loaded Nacho Taco recipe, you'll need small flour tortillas, lean ground beef, Taco Bell all-purpose seasoning, nacho cheese sauce, shredded lettuce, grated cheddar cheese, and, ideally, red tortilla strips. Those can be a bit hard to find, though, so you can substitute really any crunchy corn chip strips you can get.
Ingredients
♥️ 6 small flour tortillas
♥️ 1 pound lean ground beef
♥️ 1 packet Taco Bell seasoning
♥️ 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
♥️ 1 cup shredded lettuce
♥️ ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
♥️ ¼ cup red tortilla strips
Directions
♥️ Cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 6 to 8 minutes, then drain grease.
♥️ Add the seasoning packet and ⅔ cup of water (as directed on the packet), then bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and simmer 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once the liquid has cooked off, the taco filling is done.
♥️ While the meat is cooking, heat the nacho sauce in the microwave on high in 30-second increments until warmed to your liking.
♥️ Remove the cooked taco meat from heat and assemble the tacos by layering the Taco Bell seasoned ground beef in first, then adding a layer of nacho cheese sauce, then shredded lettuce, grated cheese, and a handful of red tortilla strips. Serve immediately.
